You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange through our returns portal here.

Once your return is initiated, you’ll have 7 days to send the item back using the return label provided.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and must be covered by you.

We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return transit.

Initial shipping costs (including those for missed or failed deliveries) are non-refundable.
Return Guidelines
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

Be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached

Be returned in their original packaging

Meet the 7-day return shipment deadline after initiation
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Sale Items

Sale and final sale items are not eligible for a refund.

They may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet all return guidelines.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

You’ll receive an email notification once the return has been processed

Shipping charges are non-refundable
