Return & Exchange Window

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange through our returns portal here. 

  • Once your return is initiated, you’ll have 7 days to send the item back using the return label provided.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and must be covered by you.

  • We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Initial shipping costs (including those for missed or failed deliveries) are non-refundable.

Return Guidelines

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Meet the 7-day return shipment deadline after initiation

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Sale Items

  • Sale and final sale items are not eligible for a refund.

  • They may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet all return guidelines.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • You’ll receive an email notification once the return has been processed

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
